Côte Saint-Luc tenants accuse landlord of neglect and disrespect

Some tenants of apartments in Côte St-Luc are speaking out about how their building management company responded to a very messy emergency in recent days. As water was leaking from their ceilings, they say their serious concerns were brushed off. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
