Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s chief of staff Katie Telford refused to give an answer on who made the decision not to inform the prime minister on sexual misconduct allegations against Gen. Jonathan Vance in 2018 while testifying before the defence committee on Friday. Telford insisted the prime minister’s office didn’t know the nature of the allegations and that the privy council office was the appropriate party to direct the issue to.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s chief of staff Katie Telford refused to give an answer on who made the decision not to inform the prime minister on sexual misconduct allegations against Gen. Jonathan Vance in 2018 while testifying before the defence committee on Friday.
