Death of 12-year old girl prompts Victoria mother to call for more drug rehab facilities for youths

A tragic story out of Victoria where a 12-year old girl has died from a suspected drug overdose. Her mother, who’s fighting her own demons, was told there are no rehab facilities for children under the age of 14. And as Kylie Stanton reports, that’s prompting a call for change.
