COVID-19: Federal health officials respond to news Manitoba teachers to be vaccinated in North Dakota

Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Deputy Chief Public Health Officer of Canada Dr. Howard Njoo was asked to give his thoughts on news that teachers in Manitoba would be headed to North Dakota in order to get their COVID-19 vaccines more quickly.
