Juror in Derek Chauvin trial says he did not feel outside pressure to return a guilty verdict

One of the jurors who found former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin guilty in the death of George Floyd spoke on CBS This Morning Wedneasday about the jury deliberations that took place and how at the beginning one of the 12 jurors was unsure about the manslaughter charge, but a short time later after discussions “everyone was on the same page.” He also said that he was not concerned for his safety or felt any outside pressure to come to a guilty verdict. He said the main point of stress arose from having to “come in and watch a Black man die” daily.
