The Status of Women committee probing sexual misconduct in the Canadian Forces heard testimony from survivors on Tuesday that highlighted the need for clear, practical solutions, as well as the need to move on from Operation Honour. Emily Tulloch, an aviation technician, testified that the initiative to root out misconduct has "aged like rotten milk and just leaves a sour taste in your mouth."
