Official Opposition Leader Erin O’Toole said on Monday in reaction to the federal budget that in his opinion, it doesn’t address the current dire pandemic situation in Ontario and Quebec, nor does it address the shortage in vaccine supply needed to get Canada out of the pandemic. He added the proposed budget is an “election budget” and not a “pandemic budget.”
