Ontario’s science advisory co-chair Dr. Adalsteinn Brown said Friday that “hard decisions” may need to be made in order to ensure vaccines are reaching the areas of the province hardest hit by the coronavirus, adding that doses need to get into the arms of those who need them most “by any means necessary.”
