Indianapolis deputy police chief Craig McCartt said Friday that authorities were working to determine a motive and the identification of the suspected shooter in the FedEx facility shooting that occurred Thursday. He added that authorities were searching a home they believe potentially belongs to the suspect, but were waiting for confirmation of identification from the coroner’s office before providing any information about the alleged suspect.
