Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday that Canada is “still on track” to receive its first COVID-19 vaccine shipment from Johnson & Johnson after health regulators in the United States recommended pausing use of the vaccine following reports of extremely rare blood clotting in some recipients. Trudeau added the government is “following closely” any developments in the U.S.
