About three quarters of Montrealers over the age of 60 have received at least one shot of the COVID-19 vaccine dose. Many in that age group are however not showing up to get the vaccine. As Phil Carpenter reports, the unfilled slots are raising questions about how the government’s management of the vaccine rollout in Quebec.
