Halifax leaders call for transparent probe into ‘disturbing’ police encounter with Black man

A video has surfaced that appears to show a Halifax police officer pointing his firearm at a Black man, whose arms are raised about his head. The officer also allegedly threatens the man’s life. Elizabeth McSheffrey has reaction from community leaders.
