COVID-19: ‘Consistent application’ of border measures could be improved, Blair says

Public Safety Minister Bill Blair said Thursday, in the wake of an auditor general report looking into Canada’s response to the pandemic, that new border measures meant to stop the spread of COVID-19 could be applied more consistently.
