Quebec Premier François Legault on Tuesday announced the easing of measures some COVID-19 lockdown measures: high schools in red zones, as of March 29, will resume in-person learning, and in seniors’ residences where more than 75 per cent have been vaccinated against COVID-19, residents will be allowed to dine together in communal lunch rooms.
