An Edmonton-area pastor, in jail after refusing to follow public health measures, will soon be released — according to a legal group that supports him. The group says Crown prosecutors have dropped all but one charge against GraceLife Church pastor James Coates and have agreed to his release without bail conditions. Nicole Stillger has more.
