Since the breakout of the COVID 19 virus, it’s been an ongoing struggle for some small businesses to keep their doors open. Restaurants, bars, clothing stores and small retail outlets have had to navigate a roller coaster ride of openings, closings and restrictions.
Peterborough DBIA Executive Director Terry Guiel stopped by Global News Morning Peterborough to talk about the ups and downs the city’s core has experienced since the pandemic began.
