Do-it-yourself legal work: New service offers a la carte family court coaching
Description
March 11, 2021
Putting the average cost of a two-day trial at $35,000, the founder of new legal coaching service says many Canadians simply can't afford family court. Marcus Sixta of "Coach My Case" outlines this new, online option during an interview with Global News. He's joined by Ian Holloway, dean of Law at the University of Calgary, who says too many people representing themselves only adds to the problem of an overburdened system.
