Trudeau honours COVID-19 victims on one-year anniversary of pandemic declaration

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delivered an address from the House of Commons Wednesday, marking one year since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 to be a global pandemic. Trudeau designated March 11 as a National Day of Observance to commemorate those who have died due to COVID-19.
