Catalytic converter thefts up 1000% in B.C.: ICBC

The precious metals inside catalytic converters are becoming very seductive for thieves. So much so that ICBC is seeing a huge spike in thefts connected to the auto part. It has many questioning if there’s a way to prevent the thefts from happening in the first place. Emad Agahi reports.
