Canada’s Auditor General Karen Hogan on Thursday delivered her 2021 report, including five performance audit reports to the House of Commons. Hogan says that eight years after their 2013 report, Transport Canada had not fully addressed rail safety and was unable to show if their actions they have taken have contributed to overall rail safety in the country.
