As Black History Month comes to a close, some members of Montreal’s Black community are reflecting on how things have changed over the last few decades. The death of George Floyd in the US, the Black Lives Matter movement and recent anti-black incidents in Montreal show that there is still a lot of work to be done. Global’s Phil Carpenter has more.
