Job loss numbers are a stark reminder of the need for change

A report released last week painted a grim picture of the effects of the pandemic in the Peterborough area, ranking the city as one of the worst hit when it comes to job losses. United Way Peterborough CEO Jim Russell says the numbers are no surprise, and concerning when combined with the skyrocketing cost of housing.
