Quebec government and charities to cover cost for permanent day shelter near Cabot Square

A day shelter for Indigenous people experiencing homelessness in Montreal is getting a major financial boost. Resilience Montreal is receiving funding from both government and private donors, which amounts to more than $5 million. Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports.
