Researchers from Quebec’s public health institute say they support delaying the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The research institute has been studying the effectiveness of the vaccine since the campaign started in December. And while it sees no rush in administering the second dose, the news is disappointing to those waiting. Amanda Jelowicki reports.
