Video appears to show targeted shooting of 21-year-old man in Surrey

Surveillance video captured what appears to be the moments when a 21 year-old man was shot Tuesday night. It happened in Surrey’s Fleetwood neighbourhood, and police say the victim is known to them, and is expected to survive. Andrea Macpherson reports.
