Charges stayed in Dauphinais murder case

The crown prosecution has stayed a second-degree murder charge against Kenneth Dauphinais. Dauphinais was accused of killing his wife Terrie Ann Dauphinais after she was found dead at her northwest home in 2002. Jenna Freeman reports.
