In an effort to bring more awareness of the B.C.’s black history dating back to the 1850s, the BC Black History Awareness Society has launched a new digital exhibit. Community reporter Michael Newman highlights a couple of stories from the exhibit and shares some of the contributions these pioneers made to the B.C. we know today.
