Public Services and Procurement Minister Anita Anand on Tuesday said that while under contract law, one party could sue another if there’s a breach of contract, Canada does not plan to sue Pfizer over the delay in COVID-19 vaccines. She said instead they would continue to negotiate to ensure they are abiding by their commitments.
