Saint John council to create ridesharing bylaw

Ridesharing companies like Uber could be allowed to operate in the City of Saint John within the next year. Saint John common council has approved a motion to create a bylaw that would regulate ridesharing service, but there are some skeptics. Tim Roszell has the story.
