The termination of the Keystone XL pipeline had members of parliament working overtime on Monday. As Bindu Suri reports, Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole called for an emergency debate on the cancellation of the pipeline, which will kill thousands of jobs in Tory-held ridings in the prairies.
