Phase one of Ontario’s vaccine rollout has been criticized for lacking urgency and not getting to the people most in need – those in long term care homes. Now, as it prepares for phase two of its vaccine rollout – some say there are lessons to be learned from other countries, like Denmark – which provided first shots for its vulnerable populations in a matter of days.
