Trudeau says Canada will ensure highest level of communication with Biden admin regarding Keystone XL

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday that he’s been a longstanding supporter of the Keystone XL pipeline project that Biden intends to cancel in his first days in office, adding that he’s highlighted Canada’s leading efforts in climate change during a phone call with Biden and will continue to make the case for his administration through the highest levels of communication.
