Major-General Dany Fortin on Tuesday said amid Pfizer’s delays in shipping out COVID-19 vaccines, Canada would receive no vaccines on the week of Jan. 25. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said previously that Canada will still make its first quarter vaccination targets despite the delays.
