New Brunswick’s Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Jennifer Russell said on Sunday that Health Zone 4, the Edmunston-Grand Falls area, will be moving to the red level of recovery as of Sunday midnight, due to the high number of COVID-19 cases reported. She added that Zones 1,2 and 3 could also be moved to the red phase as well and asked people not to travel between zones.
