Province sets April target to end Strathcona Park encampment

After eight months as a tent city, the province has set a spring target to end Vancouver’s Strathcona Park homeless camp. While neighbours say they are relieved, some are disappointed they’ll be waiting another four months for action. Kristen Robinson reports.
