Quebec’s health minister Christian Dubé on Thursday said the province plans to give the second dose of the coronavirus vaccine within a maximum of three months for patients who have already received their first dose. Roughly 8,000 people received a first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on Wednesday bringing the total number to 115,000 people.
