City of Edmonton offering rebates to homeowners for energy efficiencies

In an effort to bolster the sluggish economy and make good on its commitments to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, the City of Edmonton is offering financial incentives to homeowners for things like new windows or solar panels through the Home Energy Retrofit Accelerator program.
