U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday signed the article of impeachment charging President Donald Trump for “incitement of insurrection,” the second impeachment Trump has faced. Just before signing the article, she spoke about the bipartisan vote that saw 10 Republicans join with Democrats, calling Trump a “clear and present danger” to the country.
