Ontario Premier Doug Ford said on Wednesday that despite his decision for a second state of emergency and stay-at-home orders, with the impact on small business, there is a second chance to support them and get them back on their feet, unlike endangering lives of people. He added that people can still support small and local businesses by shopping online.
