Snow clean-up operations across Spain continued Wednesday as temperatures across the country dipped to record lows after Storm Filomena hit over the weekend. More than 800 soldiers were deployed in Madrid to help clear the city, where many roads were still blocked after the snowstorm downed 150,000 trees, cut supply lines and left supermarket shelves bare.
