City of Edmonton reviewed every department when eliminating jobs

“We looked across, literally, the entire enterprise,” said deputy city manager of employee services Kim Armstrong when describing how the City of Edmonton came to the decision on what positions to eliminate and who to lay off, adding no one area was exempt from consideration.
