Coronavirus: Ontario’s top doctor says enforcing a curfew would be a challenge

Ontario’s chief medical officer of health Dr. David Williams said Thursday that health officials in the province are considering a possible curfew, and that Premier Doug Ford will be speaking to Quebec’s premier about their recently-imposed curfew, but said enforcement would be “part of the challenge.”
