Ontario Premier Doug Ford reiterated his previous claims Wednesday that he had not known ahead of time about former finance minister Rod Phillips’ decision to travel to St. Barts during the holidays, and said he was “very, very clear” with both cabinet and caucus members that they shouldn’t travel.
