Coronavirus: Manitoba’s top doctor says new cases dropping, but not time to relax

Manitoba’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Brent Roussin stressed on Monday that while COVID-19 case rates were decreasing, with 118 new cases recorded, but it was still not the time to relax on restrictions. Roussin also said there were five additional deaths.
