December 23 is typically one of the busiest shopping days of the year. With capacity restrictions in effect, people are lining up outdoors to pick-up last minute Christmas items. But as Kim Smith reports, some workers are concerned the province’s capacity limit doesn’t go far enough to ensure their safety.
