Calgary landlord offers tenants rent relief with new ‘COVID clause’ in leases

Only a few days into Alberta’s new restrictions on restaurants and other businesses, they’re already starting to feel the pain. But as Gil Tucker reports, while sales fall off, one Calgary landlord is stepping up to help out during the COVID-19 pandemic.
