Quebec releases 25 recommendations to fight racism

The province has released a report with recommendations they believe will help fight racism in Quebec, which include appointing a special minister. The report was prepared by a government task force led by two cabinet ministers. But once again – the government is refusing to admit there is systemic racism in Quebec.
