Coronavirus: Roussin says winter holidays have to ‘be different,’ but COVID-19 vaccine offers hope

Manitoba’s chief provincial health officer Dr. Brent Roussin said Monday that although the winter holidays are a time for family gatherings, “this year has to be different” due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Roussin added that the province is planning on having vaccines administered this week, which will give “hope” moving forward.
