Like Canada, the UK and the United States celebrate the arrival of vaccines to fight the pandemic - many countries in the developing world aren't so lucky. According to Oxfam - nearly 70 poor countries will only be able to vaccinate one in 10 people against COVID- 19 unless urgent action is taken. Oxfam Canada's Manager of Humanitarian Program Simmi Dixit explains.
