Peterborough man’s drug-related death was a ‘planned and deliberate attack’: police

Peterborough Police are investigating the city’s second homicide of 2020.
It was believed a man, 24, had accidentally overdosed in March.
But police say new evidence suggests he was murdered and now a woman, 18, is charged with first degree murder.
